Your donations are used:

• to respond to humanitarian emergency situations due to natural or man-made disasters by ensuring that the aid goes to the needy.

• to help populations hit by these disasters to organize themselves, for them to be able to defend their rights at times of great difficulties.

• to work in collaboration with and to support social movements acting in the field and having similar objectives.

• to ensure the follow-up beyond emergency assistance so that the rehabilitation of destroyed areas is undertaken, taking fully into account the rights and needs of the marginalized.

• to defend those who engage themselves in solidarity work with the powerless and marginalized sectors and who, for this reason, may undergo repression from powers that be.

• to strengthen international solidarity « from people to people » and « from social movements to social movements » at a time when humanitarian disasters become more numerous and occur more often especially due to climate change.

You can send your donations:

• by responding occasionally to specific campaigns initiated by our association (or to campaigns in which it participates), after a disaster.

• by regularly contributing to the Permanent Solidarity Fund so as to enable us to respond immediately to an emergency situation and to ensure as well that solidarity continues on the long-term.

While sending your donations to the Permanent Solidarity Fund, you can indicate, if you wish so, which country or which of our partners you would like to assist. Your choice will be respected.

Our association

ESSF is an association that promotes international solidarity; it functions on an entirely militant, activist, basis without any paid worker. It does not receive any subsidy.

It is only because of your donations that we are able to carry out solidarity actions. In France, humanitarian donations can benefit from tax payment reductions.
