Dear Comrades,

On behalf of The New Anti Capitalist Party (NPA) from France, I would like to express our solidarity with PSM’ s comrades who will attend the 11^th congress of the party.

We would like to take this opportunity to greet you for two important events in PSM’s history:

Your registration after a decade-long battle for recognition against undemocratic rules as well as the election of Dr Jeyakumar as MP and Dr Mohd Nasir Hashim as state legislative assemblyman.

At this time of historical global financial-economic crisis, it is more than ever necessary to build and consolidate strong worker partys. In all capitalist countries, the ruling class wants workers to pay for its failure and for that purpose is reducing basic democratic rights.

It is not up to the people to pay for their crisis. We will keep on struggling for egality, justice and socialism.

It is more than ever necessary to build links between anti capitalist organisations at an international level. In this respect, the NPA wish to reinforce its relationship with your organisation.
