Reactionary sectarian groups are using religion to carry out barbaric infernal killings across the country. Due to this heinous incident, the fanatical fundamentalist group has a nightmare of establishing a Taliban state like Afghanistan in Bangladesh. The common people of Bangladesh who have a sense of communal tolerance, amity and secular democratic consciousness will respond to this arrogance of the communal group.

At the same time, the leaders of the Politburo of the party expressed the view that the defeated evil force of 1971 was trying to divert the struggle for the democratic rights of the people of the country by spreading the poison of communalism across the country.

The party leaders demanded proper treatment, compensation and rehabilitation of those injured in the infernal violence and attacks and those whose houses were set on fire and vandalized.

They also demanded the arrest, trial and exemplary punishment of those involved in the attack.

The leaders called upon all the progressive and democratic forces of the country to unite and resist the activities of the reactionary fundamentalist groups.
