He was a pioneering leader in the garments workers’ movement. Under his leadership, the struggle to secure the rightful rights of garment workers was remarkable. His contributions towards ensuring fair wages, workplace safety, and social justice for workers will remain unforgettable.

With Baharane’s passing, we have lost an irreplaceable comrade, whose absence leaves a deep void in the labor-peasant movement. Yet, his vision and fighting spirit continue to guide us.

The Bangladesh Krishok Federation extends heartfelt condolences to his family, colleagues, and the entire labor movement.
